If you are a referring physician, we kindly ask you to forward a referral with all medical information before we see your patient. This ensures we are fully prepared for the appointment.
We are dedicated to ensuring your patient’s requirements and convenience is respected from their very first appointment with us. We will keep you updated on your patient’s status on a regular basis however please feel free to contact us at anytime during your patients’ course of treatment.
Kindly call (08) 6163 2800 and our reception staff will facilitate appointments and liver patient referrals with the appropriate members of our team. Our waitlist is minimal. We can offer patients an appointment within two weeks of calling The Liver Centre, WA or earlier for any urgent cases. We look forward to working with you.

Thank you for referring your patient to The Liver Centre WA. We are conveniently based in West-Leederville, Murdoch and Northam and you can find our contact details here.
When your patients comes to see us, we will require your referral form entry, as well as the patient’s
Medicare card, and if insured, their Health Fund information;
Any recent x-ray reports and test results from you as their General Practitioner or from another specialist;
A list of all medications that the patient is currently taking;
If the patient has had liver surgery or liver treatment elsewhere, we will require a copy of the reports if available.
The Liver Centre is a multidisciplinary environment, and we provide exceptional health care, with our team of Hepatologists, Liver Surgeons and Dieticians . They develop effective treatment plans for liver treatment and disease in adults and children. Other specialists such as Immunologists and Virologists, Pathology experts, Radiologists and Oncologists may, as required, assist us in developing a personalised treatment plan to meet each of our patient’s unique requirements.
